The Board is assisted in discharging its responsibilities by a
number of sub-committees. Sub-committees are accountable to the
Board, with minutes of sub-committee meetings circulated and
reported on at the following Board meeting. Senior executives are
invited to attend meetings where appropriate.
Board committees may make use of external professional advisers
when necessary to discharge specific tasks.
