development programmes - the Graduate Programme and the Leadership
Development Programme.
PROGRAMMES FOR ENABLING OUR LEADERS
Effective leadership is one of the key factors in determining
the success of a business. It's for this reason that BancABC has
partnered with the Gordon Institute of Business Science and the
University of Stellenbosch Business School in the delivery of three
tiers of leadership development programmes. These programmes
empower managers at graduate, foundational and middle management to
better understand the changing face of our economic and social
environments. The managers get to experience, learn and gain
additional insights into best in class thinking around leadership
and best practice. Each programme is uniquely customised in
collaboration with BancABC, focusing on the critical components of
leadership development and empowerment. Country teams are carefully
selected and expected to complete action learning assignments on an
individual and team basis, as part of their learning experience so
that we ensure appropriate and a real return on investment.
Leadership development for our Executive Management team is
offered on an elective basis, in association with the three Top
International Business Schools (Harvard Business School, IESE
Business School and Institute of Management Development). Each
Executive is also partnered with an Executive Coach who assists
them with their personal development through regular coaching
sessions. The Executive Management team also participate in team
coaching sessions with "Captains of Industry" leaders.
